deluxe-steel-hand-pump
Size Matters Deluxe Steel Hand Pump with Pressure Gauge

The Size Matters Deluxe Steel Hand Pump is the pumping half of a penis pump system: a metal-bodied hand pump with a built-in pressure gauge and a flexible hose that connects to a cylinder. A cylinder is not included. XR says it is compatible with any of the Size Matters cylinders, so it suits someone replacing a worn plastic bulb or building a setup that shows the pressure.

What the gauge and lock connector do

The gauge shows how much vacuum you have created as you squeeze, so you can repeat a level you found comfortable rather than guessing. The vacuum lock connector joins the hose to the cylinder and holds the seal. The grip is cushioned, and the body is heavy-duty metal with chrome detail, which feels sturdier in the hand than an all-plastic trigger.

Using a penis pump with a gauge

Fit the hose to your cylinder, put water-based lube around the base of the penis and the cylinder rim for a good seal, and pump slowly. Watch the gauge and stop well before anything feels painful. Keep sessions short, and release the vacuum fully before removing the cylinder. If you notice numbness, bruising or discomfort, stop. A vacuum pump draws blood into the penis while the seal holds; we sell it as a tool for sensation and play and make no size or performance claims.

Who it suits, and who should look elsewhere

It suits owners of Size Matters cylinders who want a gauge. If you are starting from nothing, a complete kit such as the Size Matters Penis Pump Kit with 2.5" Cylinder is simpler, since everything arrives together. XR doesn't confirm fit with other brands' cylinders.

Matching cylinders

Size Matters clear acrylic cylinders in our store include the 2 x 9 inch and 2.25 x 9 inch sizes.
