the-size-matters-penile-aide
Size Matters Penile Aide Traction Device

The Size Matters Penile Aide is a penis extender of the traction type: a small frame with two spring-loaded steel rods that hold the penis in a gently stretched position while you wear it. It weighs only a few ounces and is designed to lie flat against the inner thigh, so it can sit under loose boxers. XR sells it strictly as a novelty adult product and states that it is not intended to have any medical purpose or effect or to change the structure or function of the body, so we describe how it works and how to wear it, nothing more.

How the traction frame works

The two steel rods run along either side of the shaft between a base and a top support. Springs in the rods push the two ends apart, which creates a steady pull. With the standard rods the frame sets a top length of 5 inches. The kit also includes extension rods that lengthen the frame to a top length of 7.5 inches, so you can adjust it to your size and to how much tension feels comfortable.

Wearing it comfortably

Start with the shortest setting and short sessions. The pull should feel firm but never painful. Check the head regularly: if it looks pale, purple or feels cold or numb, remove the device and let circulation return before trying again. Don't wear it while asleep, when you can't notice discomfort. Loose boxers keep the frame flat; tight briefs can push it out of position.

Who it suits, and who should look elsewhere

It's for adults curious about traction devices who want a simple, lightweight frame. It isn't a sex toy for use during play, and it isn't a substitute for medical advice. Store the rods together in a pouch so the extension pieces aren't lost.

Specifications

Brand: Size Matters by XR

Type: traction device with spring-loaded steel rods

Top length: 5 in with standard rods; 7.5 in with extension rods

Weight: a few ounces (as described by XR)

Use: novelty adult product only

Explore the full Size Matters range.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0807/6089/7818/files/becd5eaf-45a9-48d4-8baf-4bb967aadfd3.jpg?v=1793046685
