Due to the personal nature of the products we offer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on purchased items unless they are defective. This policy is in place for our customers' well-being, health, and confidence.

Any product intended for direct contact with body parts or fluids is considered non-returnable and non-resalable. Once such items leave our warehouse, they are deemed to be used and are therefore ineligible for return.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following items:

  • Vibrators and Dildos
  • Douche/Enema Kits
  • Anal Toys, Beads, and Plugs
  • Cock and Ball Devices, Cock Rings, and Cock Sleeves
  • Gags and Ropes
  • Lingerie and Men's Wear
  • Any product that is missing components, accessories, or any other piece included in the original condition
  • Products which are not in the manufacturer’s original packaging
  • Items with an expiration date, such as personal lubricants and other topicals, contraceptives, and edible item

Lubricants, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also non-returnable.

Customers can’t request returns for products set as final sales.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving a shipment, it's the customer's duty to check and confirm the contents. Any claims regarding the shipment must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt. If you find any discrepancies or encounter damaged items during shipping, please keep the original box for the purpose of filing a report with the carrier. Order Cancellation 

In most cases, your order is processed and shipped on the same day to ensure rapid delivery. As a result, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

Additionally, we cannot make any alterations to the shipping address once the order has been processed and dispatched.

Refunds

We will inform you after receiving and inspecting your returned item to confirm whether your refund has been approved. The refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Keep in mind that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
