- You must request the refund within 90 days from the date you received your product. A valid receipt is required in order to submit a warranty claim.
- This policy is valid solely for toys bought directly from our online store. Items purchased through other retailers are not eligible for this refund.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
- Upon receiving and approving your refund request, we will process a full refund/Dreamy Desire Gift Card. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited to the account used for the original purchase.
Please be aware that the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee allows for the return of only one item per order.
The number of refunds issued under this guarantee is subject to our discretion.
