Shipping and Delivery
Is the packaging discreet for shipments?
We ship your product to you in discreet, plain packaging to ensure your privacy is respected. Some orders may be packaged in bubble mailers. Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged under the name Vamoson Inc., which is our parent company.
What are the shipping costs?
We're currently offering free shipping to all orders placed in Canada that are over $69.00 CAD; otherwise, the cost is just $14.90 CAD.
Which shipping providers do you partner with?
Packages are sent by Canada Post & UPS. After your order is processed, we'll send you an invoice. You can find the tracking link at the end of the invoice.
When should I expect my product to be delivered?
Delivery durations vary based on your location. Typically, most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
Is in-person order collection possible?
All items are dispatched directly from our warehouse, and we're not open for public visits.
Order Modification
Is it possible to cancel or modify my order's address?
Yes, you can. However, cancellations or modifications must be made within 2 hours. Once the order is processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.
Payment and Security
Can you detail your returns policy?
Due to the intimate nature of the products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. If a product is found to be defective, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the product to obtain a product return form. A replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge; however, the customer is responsible for shipping to us. Please check our Return policy for more detail.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as Express Checkout options; PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my credit card data stored on your system?
No, we DO NOT store your credit card information. Our application is developed on Shopify, and we use 3rd-party payment processing centers that utilize the highest security standards to give you peace of mind over your online purchases.
Price Matching
Do you offer a Price Match?
We are committed to offering competitive prices on our products. If you find a lower price for an identical item at a qualifying retailer within 30 days from your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team with the details. We will review the information and, if it meets our price match criteria, adjust the price accordingly.
