How to make a claim

  1. Email support@dreamydesire.com within 90 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
  3. Add photos or a short video showing the defect, where possible — this helps us resolve your claim faster
  4. Our team will respond within 2 business days

For premium brand items (Lelo, We-Vibe, Fun Factory, Satisfyer, and others), the manufacturer's warranty often extends beyond 90 days. We'll help you file directly with them for the fastest resolution and the longest coverage.

How the refund works

Once your claim is approved:

  • We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for confirmed defects, so you're not out of pocket
  • Refunds process within 14 business days to your original payment method, or as a Dreamy Desire gift card if you prefer
  • For items under $50, we may issue a refund without requiring the product back — at our team's discretion

Health and safety

For hygiene reasons, in line with Health Canada guidelines, we cannot accept returns of opened intimate products unless they are defective. This is standard across the Canadian adult wellness industry and protects everyone who shops with us.

If an opened product has a defect, the 90-day warranty above fully applies.

A few additional notes

  • Items returned outside the 90-day window or without a defect cannot be refunded. For health and safety reasons, any such items received will be safely and responsibly disposed of.
  • We reserve the right to decline claims where evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is clear.
  • In Canadian jurisdictions where consumer protection laws require longer warranty terms (such as Quebec), those legally mandated terms apply automatically.
