An Ottawa sex shop or an online order?

Ottawa has in-person adult stores, and if you want to hold a toy or talk something through with staff, a visit can be worthwhile. But a downtown lunch break or a weekend errand isn't always the moment you want to browse, and plenty of people would rather research at home.

Ordering from an online adult store gives you:

Selection: more than 80 brands, among them LELO, We-Vibe, Womanizer, b-Vibe, Liberator and Sliquid
Detail: dimensions, materials and charging information on each listing
Discretion: a plain box and Vamoson Inc., our parent company, on your card statement
Simplicity: Canadian-dollar prices and no customs or duties

Office schedules, home deliveries and Ottawa winters

Many people in Ottawa work regular office hours, whether in government, tech or elsewhere, which means nobody is home when the courier comes by. Before you order, think about where the parcel will wait. A condo mailroom in Centretown, a porch in the Glebe or a community mailbox in Barrhaven all work, as long as you're comfortable collecting a plain box from there. If you'd rather keep personal deliveries away from work, use your home address or another spot you trust.

Winter is the other factor. Snowstorms and cold snaps can add time to deliveries anywhere in eastern Ontario, so if you're shopping for a birthday or anniversary in January or February, order earlier than you think you need to. Your tracking link shows where the parcel is, and rechargeable toys left in a cold mailbox are best brought to room temperature before charging.

Details worth checking first

Materials: non-porous silicone, glass or stainless steel
Battery: charge time, run time and type of charger
Waterproofing: submersible or only splash-resistant
Noise: worth a look if you live in an apartment or a semi with shared walls

Ottawa, the old Carleton County and Carleton Place

The name "Carleton" means different things to different people here. Carleton County was the old county around Ottawa, and much of it, including Nepean, Kanata and Stittsville, is now part of the amalgamated City of Ottawa. Carleton Place is a separate town in Lanark County, a short drive west of Kanata along Highway 7. And for many students, Carleton simply means the university. Whichever one brought you here, we ship to all of them.

We deliver sex toys across Ottawa, including Centretown, the Glebe, Westboro, Hintonburg, Sandy Hill, Nepean, Barrhaven, Riverside South, Manotick, Kanata, Stittsville and Orléans. We also cover Vanier, Alta Vista, Bells Corners and the rural west end. Beyond the city line, we ship to Carleton Place, Almonte and Arnprior, and to rural addresses in between. If you live on a rural route, enter your full civic address so the carrier can find you.

Discreet delivery to Ottawa and Carleton Place

Every order heading to Ottawa or Carleton Place ships from our British Columbia warehouse with Canada Post, UPS or Purolator, so it crosses most of the country to reach Ontario. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days and email a tracking link once your parcel ships. Because it stays within Canada, there are no customs forms, duties or brokerage fees.

Orders to Ontario addresses include 13% HST, calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is free once your order reaches $100; under that amount, the shipping rate is shown before you pay. Boxes carry no product names or store branding, and defective products are covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.
