The nude version of Be Wicked's Opaque Nylon Thigh Highs gives a smooth, even skin-tone finish rather than the sheer shimmer of typical nude hosiery. The colour is opaque from toe to thigh, so the leg looks uniform right up to the band.

The top is a simple solid band, not lace, which keeps the line clean under a skirt and works for costume ideas where you want a doll-like, seamless leg. They're 100% nylon and sold in one size. Keep in mind that nude is a single fixed shade, so it will look lighter or darker depending on your own skin tone.
