This is the Virtue JockVStrap Sheer Brief in Black, size Small: a sheer, high-rise brief with a snug front and jockstrap-style straps that frame the back. Every strap is adjustable and removable, so it can become a choker, a garter, a pair of cuffs or an anklet whenever you like.
