SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your Orders ship via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. Once the order is processed, an invoice will be sent to you. The tracking link can be found at the bottom of the invoice.

Standard shipping within Canada is free on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 are charged a Standard shipping rate, starting at $19.90, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

Keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by Dreamy Desire or our shipping partners. Please note that orders placed from December 20 to December 29 may take longer to process. Please refer to the promised delivery date shown for your order.

DAMAGES & MIS-SHIPS

Upon receiving a shipment, it's the customer's duty to check and confirm the contents. Claims for shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt. If you find any discrepancies or encounter damaged items during shipping, please keep the original box for the purpose of filing a report with the carrier. To report any issues with your order or to inquire about an invoice, contact us at support@dreamydesire.com.

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

Should you discover a more favourable price on any item you've bought from Dreamy Desire within a 25-day period, you're welcome to reach out to us. Simply email support@dreamydesire.com, including the website where you found the lower price (which must belong to an authorized Canadian retailer). We will then match that price and refund you the difference.
