The OXBALLS Big Ox is a thick, squishy cock ring that sits behind the balls and pushes the whole package up and forward for a fuller bulge. It's made from OXBALLS' PLUS+SILICONE, a TPR and silicone blend that stretches a long way but still feels smooth and warm. Its chunky, blubbery profile is the point: it's much fatter than a thin rubber band ring, so it cushions as it lifts. This listing is the Cool Ice colourway.
The material combines the stretch of TPR with the softer, smoother surface of silicone. In the hand it feels fleshy and rubbery, and it springs back to shape after being stretched. That give makes it easier to put on than a firm silicone ring, and it fits a wide range of sizes. OXBALLS lists it as phthalate free and non-toxic.
Wear it around the base of the shaft and behind the scrotum. Most people find it easiest to fit when soft or semi-hard. Add a little lube to the inside, stretch the ring with your fingers, pass the balls through one at a time, then bring the shaft through. Settle it snugly at the base so the thick padded section rests behind the sack. It should feel firm and secure, never painful.
The Big Ox doubles as a hefty ball ring. Worn around the scrotum only, above the testicles, it adds a bit of weight and a gentle downward stretch. Because it's thick and squishy, it also stacks: pair it with a second ring if you like more weight or more of a stretch. If ball stretching is new to you, read our explainer on what a ball stretcher does before experimenting.
Both rings share the same outer measurements. The Big Ox has an evenly thick, blubbery shape all round. The Bigger Ox grows gradually thicker towards the base for extra bulk behind the balls. Choose Big Ox if you want an even cushion that also works as a ball ring; choose Bigger Ox if the jockstrap bulge is your main goal. Prefer a darker look? The Big Ox also comes in Black Ice.
Water-based and silicone lubes are both listed as safe. Wash the ring in warm soapy water after each use and let it air-dry. Store it on its own, in a breathable cloth pouch or a clean cotton sock, as blended materials can react with other toys when they touch for long periods. A light dusting of cornstarch after drying keeps the surface from feeling tacky in storage.
