Finding a jockstrap that fits a 44 to 46 inch waist and still has a pouch with real capacity is harder than it should be. The OXBALLS Bulger in XX-Large, White Snow, covers both. Its three-panel softrib cup is cut extra deep, and a padded rim around the opening supports the package from below, so the jock holds a full shape on a bigger frame instead of stretching flat. Every Bulger also comes with a JOKFIT cockring.
On larger men, a standard jock tends to let you down in two places: the waistband rolls, and the pouch, pulled between a wider waist and the leg straps, ends up sitting too low. The Bulger's padding deals with the second problem. The rim is roughly two-thirds of an inch wide and thickest at the taint, where it pushes the pouch up and keeps it flush against the body. Side spillage, the usual complaint with shallow cups, is less of an issue because this one is deeper than most.
The leg straps are flat elastic tubes with rounded edges, not thin bands with a cut edge, so they're less likely to dig into thighs and glutes. OXBALLS' SLIDER-STRAP design lets them move sideways where they meet the pouch. As you walk, sit or train, they find their own line across the cheeks and keep the pouch centred, which matters more the wider the hips.
XX-Large is the top of the Bulger range, cut for a 44 to 46 inch waist. Measure at the height where you'll actually wear the waistband, usually just below the navel. At 42 inches or under, the X-Large (40 to 42 inch waist) will give a firmer hold. Above 46 inches the waistband will feel tight, since there's no larger size in this style.
Pouch and body are made from a mostly cotton softrib with a little spandex, so it breathes during a workout and springs back after stretching. The knit is slightly sheer, which is how the pouch shows definition; on white the effect is more visible than on black. A 3-D rubber badge sits on the front waistband, PACKER embroidery is centred at the back, and a STASH pocket on the hip holds a key or card.
The JOKFIT is a rubbery ring packed with every Bulger. Worn under the pouch, it lifts and projects the package forward so the jock looks fuller. If you've never worn a cock ring, put it on before the jock, keep the first wear short, and take it off at once if anything feels uncomfortable. Our explainer on what a cock ring is covers the different types.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash with a mild detergent. Leave out bleach and fabric softener; both shorten the life of spandex. Hang it or lay it flat to dry. The dryer, an iron and dry cleaning are all off the table, because heat compresses the padded rim.

Helpful answers about OXBALLS Bulger Big Pouch Jockstrap – White Snow – XX-Large.
The Bulger XX-Large fits a 44 to 46 inch waist and is the largest size in the style. Measure with a soft tape at belly-button height while standing relaxed, not holding your breath in, and compare that number with the range.
OXBALLS doesn't publish separate pouch measurements for each size. The pouch design is the same three-panel, extra-deep cut across the range, so choose by waist and let the softrib stretch handle the rest.
You can. The fabric is mostly cotton and breathes, and the rounded straps don't have hard edges to rub. Rotating two or three jocks gives the elastic a rest between washes, which helps any spandex garment keep its shape.
It's a rubbery cockring included with the Bulger. Worn behind the balls under the pouch, it gives extra lift and a fuller look. You can skip it entirely; the jock works fine without it. For other styles, browse our cock rings.
They're built not to. The SLIDER-STRAPs are flat tubes of elastic with rounded edges, and they shift at the pouch seam so they follow your movement. If they still feel tight across the cheeks, you're probably at the top of the size range.
White cotton can yellow from sweat and deodorant over time. Wash it after each wear in cold water, and avoid bleach, which damages spandex. If you'll mostly wear it for heavy training, Black Iron is the lower-maintenance colour.
Hang it by the waistband or lay it flat, away from direct heat. Tumble drying and ironing can flatten the padded rim and weaken the elastic, and the rim is what gives the pouch its lift, so it's worth the extra few hours of air-drying.
