What the shorter tube changes

Fitting the CB-6000S cock cage

Assemble it unlocked first. The U-ring opens so you can place it behind the testicles without squeezing them through a closed hoop, then it closes around the base of the shaft. Pick a spacer, guide the tube over the shaft, and check that the locking pins line up. When it all sits flush, slide the lock into the housing underneath.

Five U-rings come in the box, numbered 1 to 5 from largest to smallest, using CB-X's usual 2-inch to 1.5-inch spread. Measure the circumference where the ring will sit, divide by 3.14, and try the ring closest to that figure. If the tube creeps forward when you sit down, go a size down or drop a spacer; if the skin around the ring looks dark or feels cold, size up straight away.

Clear or pink, short or standard

The clear finish lets you and your keyholder see the fit at a glance and spot any skin pinched at the ring. The pink CB-6000S has the same cage and parts in a tinted shell. If 2.5 inches turns out to be too snug, the standard CB-6000 is 3.25 inches and uses the same style of ring, so your sizing knowledge carries straight over.

Keeping it clean while locked

A shorter tube means less space for water to flow through, so hygiene takes a bit more attention. Sit down to urinate, then run the shower through the vents and tip opening. Once a day, or whenever your keyholder agrees, unlock fully and wash each part in warm, soapy water. Dry everything before it goes back on, since damp skin under a ring is what usually causes irritation.
