The Jes-Extender Titanium is the most complete kit in the Jes-Extender range of penis extender devices, made and assembled in Denmark. It uses the same traction design as the Original, and adds an extra pair of half-inch elongation bars so you can set its length in smaller steps. Everything comes packed in an aluminium flight case, which makes it the kit to pick if you want the full set of parts in one place and a case that travels well.

How a penis extender works

A penis extender is a frame worn on the flaccid penis. A plastic base ring sits at the base, a front piece holds the penis just behind the head with a silicone tube or a comfort strap, and elongation bars between the two set the length. Springs in the bars apply a steady, gentle stretch, and two hand screws let you adjust how much. The maker markets the device for length gains and publishes its own figures. We don't make promises about results, and anyone with a medical condition affecting the penis should speak to their doctor before starting.

Fitting it the first time

The maker's quick guide is clear and worth following closely. In short: add bars until the device is slightly longer than your flaccid, fully stretched penis; choose either the silicone tube or the comfort strap (try both to see which suits you); slip the device on and fasten the tube or strap behind the edge of the head; then release the front piece so the springs extend. You should feel a stretch. If you don't, add a bar. The included protection pad goes under the tube or strap if the skin there gets sore.

Why the extra half-inch bars matter

The Titanium includes four 2-inch bars, two 1-inch bars and two ½-inch bars. The smaller bars mean you're not forced to jump a full inch when the fit changes, so you can set the length more precisely at the start and adjust it in finer steps as you go. It's the main practical difference from the Jes-Extender Original, which doesn't include the half-inch set.

Starting slowly

The guide recommends a slow start: about one hour a day for the first week, at the lowest marked tension of 1,200 g, then adding time and tension gradually. Don't push it. Redness, numbness or pain are signs to take it off and give your skin a break.

Cleaning and the flight case

After each session, wash the silicone tube or strap and the front piece in warm, soapy water and leave them to air-dry; a damp cloth is enough for the bars and base ring. The aluminium case has a place for every bar, so it's easy to see at a glance if a small part is missing, and it stands up to being packed in a suitcase.

Helpful Information

Frequently Asked Questions

Helpful answers about Jes-Extender - Titanium.

What's the difference between the Jes-Extender Titanium and the Original?

Both use the same base unit, front piece, tube and strap. The Titanium adds two ½-inch elongation bars for finer length adjustment and comes in an aluminium flight case; the Original comes in a mahogany case without the half-inch bars.

How many hours a day should I wear the Jes-Extender?

The maker's guide starts at about one hour a day for the first week at the lowest tension, then builds up gradually. Its FAQ says most users reach 5 to 6 hours a day after the six-week start-up phase. Take it off if anything feels painful or numb.

Should I use the silicone tube or the comfort strap?

Use one or the other, not both. The tube locks into the grooves under the front piece; the strap threads through the slots and tightens to a snug fit. The maker suggests trying both, since comfort varies a lot from person to person.

Will the Jes-Extender fit me?

This listing says it suits penis sizes up to 24 cm (9.1 in). The maker's FAQ gives a working range of 4 to 22 cm stretched flaccid length. If you're near the top of that range, check with Jes-Extender before buying.

What are the half-inch bars for?

They let you set the frame length in smaller steps. When you fit the device, it should be slightly longer than your stretched flaccid length; with ½-inch bars you can get closer to that point than with 1-inch steps alone.

Can I wear it under clothes?

The frame is designed to be worn on the flaccid penis and many users wear it under loose trousers. Tight jeans or briefs press on the bars and front piece, so loose boxers and relaxed-fit trousers make it much more comfortable.

Is a penis extender safe for everyone?

The maker requires users to be 18 or over and doesn't publish a list of medical exclusions. If you have Peyronie's disease, a recent injury, circulation problems or any condition affecting the penis, talk to your doctor first.
