The Mystim Tension Lover is a digital e-stim unit: a palm-sized control box with two output channels that powers Mystim's electro toys or the adhesive pads that come with it. It's the piece of kit you build electrostimulation play around. Connect a sound, a plug, clamps or pads, choose a program on the screen, and the box sends the pulses, with each channel set to its own strength. It suits couples and solo players who want precise, repeatable control.
There are seven preset programs, from slow, light ticking to strong, fast pulsing. Beyond the presets you can adjust the three settings that shape the sensation yourself: intensity (0 to 80 mA), frequency (1 to 160 Hz) and pulse width (roughly 30 to 260 µs, depending on the listing). A large LCD shows what each channel is doing, and an automatic shut-off timer can be set in 10-minute steps from 10 to 60 minutes. Because the two channels are independent, one toy can run gently while a pad elsewhere runs stronger.
Start with the included pads rather than an internal toy. Place both pads of one channel on clean, dry skin below the waist, such as the buttocks or inner thighs, a hand's width apart. Turn the unit on with intensity at zero, pick a gentle program and raise the level one step at a time until you feel a light tingle. Stay there for a few minutes before going higher; sensitivity changes as the session goes on. When you move on to conductive toys, use water-based lube for good contact and always lower the intensity before connecting or disconnecting anything.
The display and buttons make it easy to hand the box to a partner. One person wears the pads or toy, the other sets the rhythm, and the keypad can be locked so a stray touch doesn't change a setting mid-scene. Agree on a clear stop word and keep the box within reach of the person wearing the electrodes, so they can turn it down too.
The unit ships with two bipolar cables and four self-adhesive electrodes. Mystim's conductive toys plug straight in, including the Slim Finn sound, the Barry Bite clamps and the John butt plug. Ordinary vibrators and non-conductive toys won't work with it. Because it is a stand-alone electrostimulation device, one box can run your whole collection of conductive toys as it grows, so you only learn one set of controls.
Mystim's instructions say to avoid the heart, head and neck, never place the pads so current runs across the chest, and not to use the device during pregnancy. If you have metal implants, a pacemaker or a cardiovascular condition, talk to a doctor first. Don't put pads on broken or irritated skin.

Helpful answers about Mystim Tension Lover digital Nerv Stimulator.
Vibration is a buzz on the surface. E-stim feels more like tingling, tapping or squeezing under the skin, and at higher levels muscles can tense in time with the pulses. Low settings are subtle, so start there.
Yes, if you take it slowly. Start with the adhesive pads on the buttocks or thighs, use the gentlest program and raise the level one step at a time. The timer and keylock help keep a first session predictable.
Mystim's conductive toys, such as sounds, plugs, clamps and the Magic Gloves, connect through the included bipolar cables. Regular vibrators and silicone dildos without electrodes won't conduct anything.
One retailer quotes about 60 hours, but it depends on how high you run the intensity and how many channels are in use. Keep a spare 9V in the drawer so a session isn't cut short.
Never on the chest, head or neck, and never in a position where current runs across the chest, such as one pad on each side of the body above the waist. Keep pads off broken or irritated skin.
Each channel is independent, so two toys or two pad sets can run at different strengths. Many couples run both on one person; if each partner wears one channel, make sure both can reach the controls.
Wipe the cables with a dry or slightly damp cloth, never soak the unit, and store the adhesive pads on their backing sheet. Replace pads once they stop sticking well, since poor contact makes the pulses feel sharp.
