Putting them on

Squeeze the bulb to push the air out, centre the opening over the nipple, press the wide flange flat against the skin and let go slowly. The silicone springs back and draws the nipple in. Wetting the rim helps the seal hold on both hairy and smooth chests. To take them off, press the skin beside the flange to let air in rather than pulling straight off.

What to expect
