The OXBALLS POWERSLING is a cock sling and ball stretcher moulded as one soft piece. It's based on the brand's COCKSLING-2 and is a limited-run remake of the discontinued NUTTSLING, made from OXBALLS' rubbery FLEXtpr. One ring goes around the whole package, a second holds the shaft, and an extended stretcher section with its own inner ring keeps the balls pulled down and away from the body.

What the ball stretcher section does

Below the main ring, the sling extends into a short tube about 2.75 inches tall. The balls sit below it, and a smaller inner ring grips the top of the sack so they stay there. The result is a steady downward tug and a lifted, forward-pushed shape at the front that fills out a jockstrap or tight gear. FLEXtpr is squishy but firm, so the stretch is noticeable without the dead weight of steel. If you're new to the idea, our ball stretching guide explains the sensation and the safety basics.

Putting a cock sling on

Do it before you're hard, after a warm shower when the skin is relaxed. Lube the inside of every opening with water-based or silicone lube. Ease the balls through first, one at a time, then bring the shaft through its own hole, and settle the stretcher so the inner ring sits snugly above the testicles. It should feel firm, not pinching. Taking it off is the same in reverse; soap and warm water help if it's sticky.

The first few times, try it on at home with no plans, just to learn how it sits. You'll quickly find whether you prefer the stretcher high and tight or a little looser, and that small adjustment makes a big difference to how long it stays comfortable. Some wearers like it on its own; others combine it with a jockstrap for support and a cleaner line under clothes.

Sizing

  • Main hole: 4 in circumference
  • Shaft hole: 3.75 in circumference
  • Ball hole: 3 in circumference
  • Width: 1.5 to 2.25 in; height: 2.75 in

Those openings are on the snug side, which is what holds everything in place. FLEXtpr stretches a lot, so most wearers fit, but if your usual cock ring is well over 4 inches around, or you find snug rings uncomfortable, take your time with lube and go slowly. If you'd prefer a sling without the stretcher section, look at the COCKSLING-2. Our cock ring size guide shows how to measure.

Wearing it safely

Start with short sessions of 15 to 20 minutes and build up. Take it off straight away if you feel numbness, coldness, sharp pain or see the skin darken. Don't sleep in it. Because it's soft and stretchy, it's easier to remove quickly than a metal ring, which is one reason many people start with a rubber sling.

Care

Wash it in warm soapy water after each use and let it air-dry. Store it on its own in a cotton sock or breathable pouch, as OXBALLS recommends keeping toys separate rather than piled together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Helpful answers about Oxballs Powersling Cocksling and Ballstretcher - Black.

What is a ball stretcher for?

It holds the testicles down and away from the body. People wear one for the steady tugging sensation, the way it changes the look of their package, and as part of fetish gear. The POWERSLING combines that with a cock sling, so it does both jobs in one piece.

How do you put on the POWERSLING?

Lube the openings, then ease the balls through one at a time while soft, followed by the shaft through its smaller hole. Settle the stretcher so its inner ring sits above the testicles. If it pinches, take it off and try again with more lube rather than forcing it.

How long can I wear a ball stretcher?

Start at 15 to 20 minutes and increase gradually as you learn how your body responds. Remove it at once if you feel numbness, cold or pain, or notice discolouration, and never wear it while sleeping.

Is FLEXtpr better for beginners than metal?

For most people, yes. It's soft, light and stretches, so it's comfortable for longer and easy to pull off in a hurry. Steel stretchers are heavier and give a stronger pull, but they need to be sized exactly.

Which lube works with FLEXtpr?

OXBALLS lists water-based and silicone lube as safe, so stick to those and skip oils or petroleum jelly, which it doesn't approve. A little lube on the inside of each hole makes it far easier to put on.

Can I wear it under clothes?

Yes. It's soft and fairly low-profile, so it sits comfortably under a jockstrap, briefs or fitted gear, and many wearers choose it for the fuller look it gives under fabric.

How is it different from the COCKSLING-2?

The POWERSLING is modelled on the COCKSLING-2 but adds the extended ball-stretcher section with its own inner ring, so it pulls the balls lower. Choose the COCKSLING-2 if you want just a sling with less stretch.
