Fit at 36–38 inches

Large is cut for a 36–38 inch waist. Measure where the band sits, usually a little below the navel, with a soft tape. The leg straps are elastic, so thighs and glutes don't change the size choice much; the waist does. Between 38 and 40, consider the X-Large. Under 36, go to the Medium.

What sets this jockstrap apart

The name comes from the slider straps. On most jocks the leg straps are sewn into one point, and when you walk they tug the pouch around. On this one, the straps travel along the pouch edge, so the pouch stays centred while the straps follow your hips.
