The OXBALLS WaterSport Strap-On Gag is a bondage gag built for piss play: a wide funnel sits over the mouth and drains straight into a short mouth tube, all moulded as one piece. It's for couples who already know watersports is on their list and want a dedicated piece of gear that stays put, rather than improvising. OXBALLS designed this black version to be lighter and closer-fitting than its earlier, bulkier urinal gag.
The funnel is deep and wide, with a channel that runs straight down into the mouthpiece. Because the tube is part of the same moulding, there are no seams or joins where liquid could escape, and the strap tabs are shaped to lie flat against the face. The wearer holds the 1.25 in tube in their mouth and breathes through the nose. The person standing over them aims into the bowl, which is broad enough that a bit of drift doesn't matter.
OXBALLS describes the harness as neoprene straps closed with black snaps that won't rust. The straps cross in an X at the back of the head, and an extra strap runs over the top of the head and can be removed. Every strap adjusts, so it fits a wide range of head sizes. Leave the top strap on when the wearer will be lying back or moving their head; take it off for a quicker, simpler fit.
Talk through limits first, including what goes into the funnel and how much. A gag stops clear speech, so agree on a non-verbal stop signal, such as tapping the partner's leg three times or dropping a held object. Never leave someone alone while gagged, and check their breathing is comfortable through the nose before you start. Many couples do a first run with plain water so the wearer learns the flow and how to swallow or let it overflow without panic. Lay down a towel or play in the shower, because some spillage around the edges is normal.
The gag is moulded from FLEXtpr, OXBALLS' own firm, durable thermoplastic, which the brand says is non-toxic and phthalate-free. It's compatible with water-based or silicone lube if you want to ease the tube in. Wash the gag in warm soapy water after every use, paying attention to the inside of the tube, and air-dry it. The straps can be washed the same way. Store it on its own in a breathable cloth bag; OXBALLS suggests a cotton sock works too.
This is a specialist kink item, not a starter gag. If you want to try being gagged without the watersports element, a simple ball or bit gag is easier to begin with.
