Zeus describes it as amplifying the sensations of your e-stim toys, and in practice it tends to give a fuller, more consistent feel at a lower setting.
Turn your e-stim unit off and set it to the lowest level. Spread a thin, even layer of gel on the skin where the electrode will sit, or on the electrode itself, then attach it.
