Male Masturbators in Canada: Manual, Vibrating & Automatic Strokers

Tenga Spinner 02 Hexa reusable stroker with spiral sleeve beside its packaging

By the Dreamy Desire team · Updated October 2026 · All picks in stock at time of writing

Male masturbators fall into four groups: single-use cups, reusable sleeves, vibrating toys and automatic strokers that move for you. Picking one is mostly about effort. How much of the work do you want to do, how much cleaning will you put up with, and how much space and noise can you spare? Price tends to follow effort: the more the toy does, the more it costs.

We carry over 300 male masturbators, so we picked eleven that cover each type, from $15.99 to just under $300. Every order ships from inside Canada in a plain box, priced in CAD, with no customs or duty fees.

Quick answer: Our top pick is the Lovense Solace ($273.24), an automatic thrusting stroker that runs at up to 280 strokes a minute on its own adjustable mount. For value, the reusable Tenga Spinner Tetra ($40.99) twists as you stroke. On a budget, the Arcwave Ghost ($23.66) is a reversible silicone sleeve that rinses clean in seconds.

Compare them side by side: type, power and water use

The type column tells you how much work you'll be doing; power and water rating tell you how you'll charge and clean it. Full reviews follow.

How we chose these eleven

We went through every cup, sleeve and powered masturbator we stock and dropped anything out of stock, anything with vague maker details, and near-duplicates such as colour versions or the same cup in another strength. A few names people search for aren't here: The Handy 2 and Fleshlight sleeves aren't in our range right now, and the Lovense Solace Pro was out of stock when we wrote this, so the original Solace takes its place.

Every spec comes from the maker's own listing. If a brand doesn't publish a figure, such as the Adore U's battery or the Solace's water rating, we've written "not listed" rather than guess. We sell all eleven, so each card includes an honest trade-off.

Manual, vibrating or automatic: what's the difference?

Single-use cups

Sealed, pre-lubricated and thrown away after one session. Nothing to wash or store, which suits travel and shared homes. Over a year, though, a reusable sleeve works out cheaper.

Reusable sleeves and cases

A soft sleeve, sometimes inside a hard case, that you move by hand. The internal texture does most of the work, and a case adds grip and, on some designs, suction. Silent, cheap to run, and the place most people start.

Vibrating and oscillating toys

A motor adds buzz, warmth or pulses. Some still need stroking; others, like the PULSE, are made to stay still while the motor works. Expect a charging cable and some noise.

Automatic strokers

A motor moves the sleeve along the shaft for you. Most connect to an app and can sync with interactive videos or a partner's toy. They are the biggest, heaviest and most expensive group, and the only one that is truly hands-free.

Our 11 picks, reviewed one by one

Lovense Solace automatic thrusting male masturbator in matte black
Top pick: fully automatic

1. Lovense Solace Automatic Thrusting Male Masturbator

$273.24

Size: not listed · Stroke: up to 2.75", adjustable · Material: not listed · Power: rechargeable, app control

  • Up to 280 strokes per minute
  • Desk mount adjusts through 180 degrees
  • Syncs with compatible videos, cam shows and a remote partner through the Lovense Remote app

The pick if you want the toy to do all of the work. Set the mount, slide in and control speed, depth and rhythm from the app, or hand control to a partner anywhere. Because it sits on its mount, you can use it seated, standing or lying back without holding anything.

Start slow with a short stroke for the first session, and use water-based lube only. Lovense doesn't list the size, weight or water rating, so keep the device dry; the sleeve comes out to wash.

Trade-off: $273.24 is a lot if you're not sure hands-free stroking is for you, and full control needs a phone. New to strokers? Try a manual sleeve first.

Tenga Spinner Tetra reusable twisting male masturbator
Value pick

2. Tenga Spinner Tetra

$40.99

Size: 45 × 45 × 130 mm, 131 g · Insertion: stretches to about 170 × 55 mm · Material: elastomer sleeve, plastic case · Power: none

  • Internal coil spins the sleeve as you thrust
  • Geometric tiles with softened edges
  • Bottom cover becomes a drying case; sample lube included

The twist is built in. A coil turns the whole sleeve as you push in and unwinds as you pull out, so you get a rotating grip without moving your wrist. Tetra's tiles have rounded edges: defined, not scratchy, a middle ground in the Spinner range.

Use enough water-based lube for the coil to turn smoothly, since a dry sleeve resists the spin. Want another texture? The Spinner 02 Hexa and Spinner Pixel share the design. More in our Tenga collection.

Trade-off: Manual only, and longer users will reach the end of the sleeve. It needs a proper rinse and dry after every session.

Arcwave Ghost reversible silicone pocket stroker in black
Budget reusable

3. Arcwave Ghost Pocket Stroker

$23.66

Size: not listed, palm-sized · Insertion: not listed · Material: CleanTech silicone · Power: none

  • Reversible: deeper ridges on one side, subtler texture on the other
  • One piece, no seams, case or electronics
  • Non-porous silicone resists stains and odour

A single silicone sleeve you can turn inside out. The ridged side gives more friction, the other a lighter glide, and you can switch between sessions or mid-session after a rinse.

Light, silent and small enough for a travel bag. Arcwave recommends water-based lube and says to avoid silicone lube. Also in blue; the rest of the brand is in our Arcwave collection.

Trade-off: No suction, no case and no motor. If you want a firmer squeeze, the Tenga picks grip harder.

Tenga Standard Rolling Head Cup single-use male masturbator
Single-use, no clean-up

4. Tenga Standard Rolling Head Cup

$15.99

Size: 69 × 69 × 155 mm, 132 g · Insertion: about 150 × 45 mm · Material: TPE sleeve, PE casing · Power: none

  • Pre-lubricated and ready from the packet
  • Twist the head to roll a protrusion around the tip
  • Air hole on top for suction

An easy first try of a Tenga. Peel, insert and go: the lube is already inside. Twist the top and a rolling protrusion circles the tip while the spiral body tightens around the shaft.

When you're done, close the lid and throw it away, which is why cups are popular for travel. Prefer softer? Try the Rolling Head Cup Gentle, or the Original Vacuum Cup for plain suction.

Trade-off: Single use only. If you like the Tenga feel, a reusable Spinner costs less over time.

Tenga Flip Zero reusable flip-open male masturbator in white
Easiest to clean properly

5. Tenga Flip Zero

$167.99

Size: 68 × 80 × 175 mm, 460 g · Insertion: about 160 × 50 mm · Material: TPE sleeve, PC case, silicone pads · Power: none

  • Opens like a book for even lubing and washing
  • Sealed entry and one-way valve for strong suction
  • Squeeze pads on the case to tighten the grip

Most reusable sleeves are hard to clean thoroughly. The Flip Zero splits down its side, so you can see every ridge, lube it evenly and wash it fully. Firm edges at the entrance, springy "flick orbs" and a solid orb at the end make it the most detailed channel in the Flip series.

The side arms that lock it shut double as a drying stand. Use Tenga Hole Lotion or another water-based lube. The Flip Zero Black has a different inner structure.

Trade-off: At 460 g and $167.99 it's a big, pricey manual toy that needs drawer space rather than a toiletry bag.

Kiiroo Feel Stroker manual sleeve in a hard case, light brown
Manual now, Keon later

6. Kiiroo Feel Stroker, Light Brown

$92.07

Size: not listed · Insertion: not listed, open-ended · Material: TPE sleeve, ABS case · Power: none (fits the Keon)

  • Ribbed canal made to mimic anal texture
  • Rigid case keeps the sleeve in shape
  • Sleeve lifts out of the case to dry

A cased manual sleeve that also fits the Kiiroo Keon. Use it by hand with full control of speed and pressure, then add the machine later if you want automatic strokes synced to content.

The open end makes rinsing straightforward. Also in dark brown and pale; performer-moulded sleeves are in our Kiiroo collection.

Trade-off: Kiiroo doesn't list the size, and on its own it's a fairly pricey manual sleeve. It makes most sense if a Keon is in your plans.

Hot Octopuss PULSE Solo Essential Dragon Eye guybrator with iridescent shell
Hands-free, no stroking

7. Hot Octopuss PULSE Solo Essential Dragon Eye

$128.99

Size: not listed for this edition · Fit: wraps around the shaft, no sleeve · Material: silicone and ABS · Power: rechargeable, up to 1 hour

  • PulsePlate oscillates against the frenulum
  • 8 oscillation speeds and 6 vibration modes
  • Waterproof; Hot Octopuss lists it at under 55 dB

This one works differently. A flat PulsePlate oscillates against the frenulum while silicone wings hold it in place, and it works soft or hard. You don't stroke it; you lie back.

Placement is everything: a little water-based lube on the frenulum, and shift it a few millimetres if the feeling is vague. The Dragon Eye shell is iridescent smoke; inside it's the same as the standard PULSE Solo Essential. See the Hot Octopuss collection for more.

Trade-off: No penetrative feel at all, and about an hour per charge. If you want a sleeve sensation, choose a stroker.

Satisfyer Men Heat Vibration heated male masturbator in black
Warms up

8. Satisfyer Men Heat Vibration

$112.95

Size: about 14 × 7.8 × 8.3 cm, 193 g · Opening: about 2.5 cm, stretches; head-focused · Material: silicone inner, ABS · Power: rechargeable, magnetic USB

  • Heats the inner sleeve to about 40°C
  • 11 vibration levels on three thumb buttons
  • IPX7, so fine in the shower

Most vibrating toys feel cool until your body warms them. This one heats itself, which takes the chill off and suits slow sessions and edging. It fits over the head rather than the whole shaft.

Switch the heat on a minute or two before you start. Satisfyer lists a whisper mode; the top levels are louder, as with any vibrating toy. More in our Satisfyer collection.

Trade-off: Head-focused, not full length. If you want the feel of penetration, choose a sleeve.

Lovense MAX 2 app-controlled male masturbator, clear

9. Lovense MAX 2 App-Controlled Male Masturbator

$171.00

Size: not listed · Opening: neutral, stretchy entry · Material: silicone sleeve · Power: rechargeable, app control

  • Vibration plus contraction
  • Flip-cap vent sets the suction
  • Pairs with Lovense Nora, Calor or another MAX 2

Made for couples apart. A partner can run vibration and contraction from the Lovense app anywhere with an internet connection, and paired with a Nora the two toys mirror each other in real time.

Close the vent for a tighter vacuum, open it for an easier glide. Prefer an anatomical entry? The vagina-shaped MAX 2 sleeve is sold separately. More in app-controlled toys.

Trade-off: Splashproof rather than waterproof, and it doesn't stroke for you. Used solo, it's a vibrating, squeezing sleeve you still move by hand.

Adore U Höm automatic stroker with rotation and thrusting
Lowest-price automatic

10. Adore U Höm Automatic Stroker

$119.95

Size: not listed · Insertion: 4" · Material: ABS shell, silicone · Power: not listed

  • Rotates and thrusts around a textured sleeve
  • Three combined modes on front-panel buttons
  • Built-in phone holder

The cheapest way into hands-free stroking in this guide. The sleeve twists around the head and travels along the shaft, separately or together, so you can choose a stroking feel, a twisting one, or both.

Start on the gentlest mode and add lube rather than turning it up if it drags. Adore U also makes the manual Höm Stroker Vagina ($19.95).

Trade-off: Adore U doesn't list the battery, run time or water rating, so keep the electronics dry. The 4-inch insertion covers the head and upper shaft only.

Kiiroo Keon automatic stroker device without sleeve

11. Kiiroo Keon Automatic Stroker (sleeve not included)

$296.99

Size: 220 × 130 × 146 mm, about 1.1 kg · Insertion: depends on the Feel Stroker sleeve · Material: ABS, PC, silicone · Power: rechargeable, 30 min to 2 h

  • Up to 230 strokes per minute at the shortest stroke
  • Syncs with interactive 2D and VR content, webcams and partners' Kiiroo toys
  • Adjustable speed and stroke length

Real up-and-down motion you can hand to content or a partner. Slot in a Feel Stroker, set speed and stroke length on the device or in the app, and it follows interactive videos as they play.

The sleeve isn't included: pair it with the Feel Stroker above, or buy the Keon and Feel Stroker combo. Its weight keeps it steady on a bed, and a pillow under your arm helps on longer sessions.

Trade-off: Not water-resistant, about four hours to charge, and the most expensive pick once you add a sleeve.

Shop the Keon

Solo, hands-free or long-distance: which type suits you?

Solo, no fuss: the Ghost, the Spinner Tetra or a Tenga cup. Quiet, cheap and easy to put away.

Hands-free: the Solace and Keon stroke for you, the Adore U Höm does it for less, and the PULSE works without any stroking at all.

With a partner, near or far: the MAX 2, Solace and Keon can all be controlled through an app. Our couples sex toys guide covers toys you use together in the same room.

Using a male masturbator for the first time

  1. Charge or prep it first. Fully charge anything with a motor, and wash a new reusable sleeve before its first use.
  2. Warm the sleeve. A minute under warm water makes TPE and silicone feel far more natural. Keep motors dry unless the toy is waterproof.
  3. Use plenty of lube. Water-based, inside the opening and on yourself, and add more as soon as it drags.
  4. Start on the lowest setting. Slow strokes, gentle modes and an open air vent. Build from there.
  5. Clean it straight away. Lube is far easier to rinse out before it dries.

How to choose the right type

  • Effort: manual sleeves need your hand the whole time; automatic strokers need almost none.
  • Fit: check insertion length and width. Stretchy sleeves suit most sizes, but longer users will reach the end of many.
  • Cleaning: cups need none, open or flip-open sleeves are easiest, and devices with motors need the sleeve removed and the body wiped.
  • Noise and space: manual toys are silent and small; automatic strokers are heavy and audible.
  • Cost over time: a cup costs little once, but a reusable sleeve pays for itself after a few sessions.

Lube, cleaning and storage

Use a water-based lube with every pick here; silicone and oil-based lubes can damage TPE and silicone sleeves. Strokers need more glide than most toys, so a thicker formula from our masturbation lubes usually works better than a thin, watery one. Our lube for sex toys guide explains which formula suits which material. After each use, take the sleeve out if it comes out, rinse it with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, and let it dry completely before reassembling. Wipe motor housings with a damp cloth unless the maker says they are waterproof. Store everything somewhere cool and dark, sleeves apart from other toys. Our toy cleaning guide covers the full routine.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a manual and an automatic stroker?

A manual stroker is a sleeve or cup you move by hand, so it is silent, cheap and simple. An automatic stroker has a motor that moves the sleeve along the shaft for you, often synced to an app or video. Automatic models cost more, weigh more and need charging and careful cleaning.

Which male masturbator is good for beginners?

A reusable manual sleeve is the easiest start. The Arcwave Ghost costs $23.66 and rinses clean in seconds, and the Tenga Spinner Tetra adds a built-in twist for $40.99. If you would rather not clean anything, a single-use Tenga cup such as the Rolling Head Cup costs $15.99.

Are automatic strokers worth it?

They are worth it if hand fatigue cuts your sessions short, or you want to sync with interactive videos or a remote partner. They are not worth it if you only want a quick, quiet session. Try a manual sleeve first; the Adore U Höm Automatic is the cheapest automatic step up.

What lube should I use with a male masturbator?

Use a water-based lube. Silicone and oil-based lubes can damage TPE and silicone sleeves over time. Strokers need more glide than most toys, so a thicker gel lasts longer and needs fewer top-ups. Tenga cups come pre-lubricated, but you can add a little water-based lube if it starts to drag.

How do you clean a male masturbator?

Clean it right after use. Remove the sleeve if it comes out, rinse it with warm water and mild soap or toy cleaner, and let it dry completely before reassembling. Wipe motor housings with a damp cloth unless the maker says they are waterproof. Single-use cups simply go in the bin.

Are Tenga cups reusable?

Tenga cups such as the Original Vacuum Cup and Rolling Head Cup are single-use: they arrive pre-lubricated and are thrown away afterwards. Tenga's Spinner and Flip ranges are reusable. If you enjoy the cup feel, a Tenga Spinner costs less over time.

Lovense Solace or Kiiroo Keon: which automatic stroker should I get?

Choose the Lovense Solace for a ready-to-use kit: it includes its own sleeve and a desk mount and reaches 280 strokes per minute. Choose the Kiiroo Keon if you want Feel Stroker sleeves and FeelMe interactive content. The Keon needs a sleeve bought separately and is not water-resistant.

Where can I buy male masturbators in Canada?

You can buy them from Dreamy Desire. We ship from inside Canada, so there are no customs or duty fees, and every order goes out in a plain box with no product names on it. Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more after discounts. Browse our male masturbators.
