Can I visit a Dreamy Desire store in Windsor?

No. We sell online only, so there is no Windsor storefront, local stock or pickup. Orders ship from our warehouse in British Columbia straight to your address.

Is ordering from you different from buying from a US website?

Our orders ship within Canada and are priced in Canadian dollars, so there are no customs forms, duties or brokerage fees. Ontario orders are charged 13% HST at checkout.

Do you ship to Tecumseh, LaSalle and Leamington?

Yes. We deliver to Tecumseh, LaSalle, Lakeshore, Amherstburg, Essex, Kingsville, Leamington and all of Windsor with Canada Post, UPS or Purolator, and we email tracking when your order ships.

What does the package look like?

It is a plain box with no product names or store branding. Your card statement shows Vamoson Inc., our parent company.

Can University of Windsor and St. Clair College students get a discount?

Yes, and so can everyone else: enter code STUD20 at checkout for 20% off. You don't need a student ID or school email.

Why ordering inside Canada beats a cross-border cart

It's tempting to look at a US website or plan a stop on the other side of the Ambassador Bridge. The catch is everything that comes after checkout. A parcel from an American retailer can arrive with customs paperwork, duties or brokerage fees attached, and the price you saw was in US dollars to begin with. Anything you bring back yourself through the tunnel or over the bridge goes through the usual declaration at the border, and an adult toy in your shopping bag is not everyone's idea of small talk with an officer.

A domestic order avoids all of that. Prices are listed in CAD, the parcel stays in Canada from our warehouse to your door, and there are no customs forms, duties or brokerage fees. Ontario orders are charged 13% HST at checkout, and that's the whole bill apart from shipping.

A Windsor sex shop, or browsing at home

People who search for a sex shop in Windsor often want to see a toy in person and ask questions face to face, and if that matters most to you, shopping in person is a perfectly good way to go. Dreamy Desire is not an adult store in Windsor you can walk into; we're the option for people who'd rather compare at home. You can put a We-Vibe next to a LELO, read the full specifications, and look at brands like Womanizer, b-Vibe, Aneros and Liberator without anyone hovering. The card statement reads Vamoson Inc., our parent company, and the box has no product names or branding on it.

Getting lube right

Lube is easy to overlook and makes a real difference, so it's worth adding to almost any order. Water-based lube works with every toy material and rinses off with water, which makes it the safe default for silicone toys. Silicone lube lasts longer and holds up in the shower, but it can damage silicone toys, so save it for glass, stainless steel or hands-on play. Thicker formulas are made for anal play, while thinner ones feel more natural for most people. Sliquid and Uberlube are both in our lube collection, and our guide to lubricants in Canada goes through the types in more detail.

Checking a listing before you buy

Dimensions that matter: the insertable length and widest point, not the total length with the handle
Material: silicone, glass and stainless steel are non-porous and clean up easily
Power: rechargeable by USB or magnetic cable, or batteries, plus the run time
Water rating: submersible toys can go in the tub; splash-resistant ones can't
Volume: worth checking in an older Walkerville house or a shared student rental with thin walls

UWindsor and St. Clair College students, couples and gift shoppers

If you study at the University of Windsor or St. Clair College, code STUD20 takes 20% off at checkout. It works for anyone, and you don't need a student ID or school email; the student discount page explains it. Renting near campus on the west side? Ship to your own name and keep an eye on the tracking email so the box doesn't sit in a shared porch. The beginner-friendly collection and our first sex toy guide are good starting points.

Couples can look at our couples' vibrators and cock rings, or read the couples' guide. For gifts, a gift set or a gift card saves you from guessing.

Where we deliver around Windsor and Essex County

We ship sex toys in Windsor to Downtown and the riverfront, Walkerville, Olde Sandwich Towne, the university area and Little Italy along Erie Street. Further east, orders go to Riverside, Ford City, East Windsor and Forest Glade, and to the south, South Windsor and Devonshire.

Beyond the city limits, Tecumseh, LaSalle, Lakeshore, Amherstburg, Essex, Kingsville and Leamington get the same plain box, so ordering adult toys in Windsor or anywhere else in the county works exactly the same way.

If you live in a converted house near the university or an apartment downtown, add your unit number and buzzer code at checkout. Out in the county, where a parcel may sit at the end of a long lane or in a community mailbox, use the full address your carrier recognizes and collect the box soon after the tracking email says it has arrived.

Discreet delivery to Windsor and Ontario

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and sent with Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. Once the parcel leaves British Columbia, you'll get a tracking link by email. Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more, and for smaller orders the rate is shown at checkout. Discreet delivery to Windsor means a plain box, Vamoson Inc. on the statement, and our 90-day money-back guarantee on defective products.
