Most vibrating prostate toys do one thing: buzz. The Dorcel Multi P-Joy prostate massager has three separate motors, each with its own job. One moves a set of massage balls up and down inside the flexible head, a second turns rotating balls at the entrance, and a third vibrates against the perineum. The result is a toy that strokes, swirls and hums at the same time, run from a wireless remote.

Three motors, three kinds of movement

The head is the part that reaches the prostate. Inside it, the balls travel up and down along the wavy shaft, so the sensation is a rhythmic stroking rather than a static press. There are 5 up-and-down modes to choose from.

Lower down, near the entrance, a ring of rotating balls turns against the sensitive nerve-rich opening. Dorcel gives this motor 5 rotation modes. Some people love that stretching, swirling feel; others prefer to switch it off and keep the focus inside, which the remote lets you do.

The outer arm sits against the perineum, the patch of skin between the scrotum and anus, and carries the third motor with 7 vibration modes. Pressure here reaches the prostate indirectly, from the outside.

Size and first use

The insertable part is 13 cm (about 5.1 inches) long, and Dorcel lists the toy at 3.4 cm across, with a rounded tip that eases in gradually. That's a mid-size prostate vibrator: not a slim starter, but not a stretch for anyone who already uses a medium plug. If you're brand new to anal play, begin with fingers or a small plug, and only move to this once that feels easy.

Lie on your side with your top knee drawn up, apply a generous amount of lube to the toy and to yourself, and insert it slowly with the outer arm facing forward, toward the perineum. Start every motor on its lowest setting and add one at a time.

Hands-free, solo or with a partner

Once it's in, the curved shape and outer arm hold it in place, so your hands are free. The remote works up to 10 metres away, which makes partner play easy: let them take control while you lie back. If the outer arm drifts off the perineum when you shift position, a pillow under your hips or lying on your back with knees raised usually brings it back into contact. Dorcel rates the noise at about 50 decibels, roughly the level of a quiet conversation.

Battery, water and care

A 3-hour USB charge gives about 1 hour of play from the 800 mAh battery. Dorcel calls it splashproof rather than waterproof, so it can handle a wipe-down and splashes but shouldn't go in the bath or under a running tap. Clean the silicone with a damp cloth and mild soap or toy cleaner, wipe the soap away with a second damp cloth, and let it dry fully before storing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Helpful answers about Dorcel Multi P-Joy Prostate Massager.

Is the Multi P-Joy good for a first prostate toy?

It's better as a second toy. At 13 cm insertable and 3.4 cm across it's mid-sized, and three motors can be a lot to take in at once. If you're starting out, get comfortable with a smaller plug first, then come to the Multi P-Joy with every motor set to low.

How do I use a prostate vibrator with three motors?

Insert it with lube while it's off, then turn on one motor at a time. Most people begin with the perineum vibration, add the up-and-down stroking, and save the rotating balls for last. Mixing low settings usually feels better than putting any one motor on high.

Which lube works with this prostate toy?

A thick water-based lube is the safe choice for silicone, and anal play needs more of it than you'd expect. Avoid silicone lube on silicone toys unless you've tested it on a small spot. Our anal lubes are made to last longer.

Can I use it in the shower?

No. Dorcel rates it splashproof, not waterproof, so splashes and wiping are fine but running water and submersion are not. Clean it with a damp, soapy cloth and keep the charging port dry.

How loud is the Dorcel Multi P-Joy?

Dorcel lists about 50 dB. Once it's inside, the body muffles much of that, though the rotating balls and the outer arm make more noise than an internal-only toy. Under a duvet with a fan running, it's unlikely to carry to the next room.

Can my partner control it?

Yes. The wireless remote works up to 10 metres away and switches the stroking, rotation and vibration separately, so a partner can play with combinations while you stay hands-free.

How long does the battery last?

About an hour of use from a 3-hour charge. That's shorter than some single-motor toys because three motors share the battery, so charge it fully before a longer session.
