XR Dragonspawn Silicone Butt Plug – Medium

The XR Dragonspawn is a textured butt plug shaped like a dragon egg: a thick, round red body streaked with black, wrapped in twisted ridges and set on a flared base. In the medium size it is short and wide, 3.1 inches insertable and 2.2 inches across, so it is built for a sense of fullness rather than depth.

Short, thick and ridged

Most plugs taper to a point and widen gradually. The Dragonspawn is rounder, so the stretch arrives quickly and then eases as the egg passes and the base settles against you. The twisted ridges spiral around the body, so a slight twist as you insert or remove it changes how they move against you, almost like a screw thread in slow motion. Once seated, the ridges and the egg's bulk give a constant feeling of fullness.

Choosing the medium size

At 2.2 inches wide, the medium is not a starter plug. It suits people who already wear plugs of around 1.5 to 2 inches and want to step up in width without adding length. The 3.8-inch overall size keeps it compact, and because only 3.1 inches is insertable, it doesn't reach deep. We currently stock the medium size only.

Inserting a textured butt plug

Warm up first and use plenty of water-based lube (XR says water-based only), working it into the ridges. Press gently while breathing out, and let your body open at its own speed rather than pushing through. A slight twisting motion can help the ridges ease in. Once the widest part passes, the plug draws itself in and the flared base rests between the cheeks. Remove it the same way, slowly and with a little extra lube. If it resists on the way out, relax, bear down gently and let the base guide it.

Wear time

XR says the flared base makes it suitable for longer wear. Build up gradually: start with 15 to 30 minutes, and take it out if you feel numbness, aching or any sharp discomfort. A wide plug can feel very different after an hour than after ten minutes.

With a partner

During partnered sex, the Dragonspawn adds fullness for the wearer without getting in the way, since only 3.1 inches sits inside. With the plug in during vaginal sex, expect a tighter feel for both of you and go slowly at first.
