The CleanStream EZ-Flow is a shower enema set that connects to your existing shower plumbing and sends water through a long, black silicone nozzle. Instead of refilling a bulb, you get a steady flow you can start and stop, which makes rinsing before anal play quicker for people who do it often. The nozzle is firm enough to guide but flexible enough to follow the body.
The set includes a 78.7-inch (2 m) nickel-free metal hose and the silicone nozzle. XR says it's compatible with most shower systems, typically by replacing your handheld shower hose. Before first use, check that your shower uses a standard handheld connection. If your showerhead is fixed to the wall with no hose, you'll need a diverter, which isn't included.
A shower enema delivers water much faster than a bulb, so control is everything. Set the water to lukewarm, close to body temperature, and test it on your wrist. Turn the pressure down to a gentle trickle before inserting the nozzle, and only increase it slightly if needed. Fill for a few seconds, remove the nozzle, release over the toilet, and repeat. Two or three short rounds is usually plenty; very high pressure or long fills can cause cramping and are worth avoiding.
Start with the water running into the shower tray, not into you, while you set the temperature and a low flow. Then turn it almost off, lube the nozzle, and insert it while standing with one foot raised on the edge of the tub, or squatting. Open the flow gently for three to five seconds, close it, remove the nozzle and release. Taking it in small amounts is far more comfortable than one long fill. Plan to rinse about an hour before play, and avoid daily rinsing, which can dry out and irritate the lining.
The nozzle is 0.7 inches (18 mm) across with up to 10 inches of insertable length. You don't need anywhere near that much: a few inches is enough for a routine rinse, and the extra length simply gives you something to hold. Use water-based lube only, as XR specifies; silicone lube can damage a silicone nozzle over time.
The EZ-Flow suits people who rinse regularly and want speed and convenience, and who are comfortable adjusting water pressure. It's less suited to first-timers, who often find a hand-controlled kit less intimidating. The CleanStream Enema Syringe lets you push a measured 150 ml by hand, and you'll find bulbs and bottles in our douche and enema collection. If you rent and can't change shower fittings, a bulb is also the simpler choice.
After each use, run clean warm water through the nozzle, wash the outside with mild soap, then detach it and let it air-dry fully. You can reconnect your regular shower hose between uses. Keep the nozzle in a clean bag so it doesn't pick up dust or lint.

Helpful answers about CleanStream EZ-Flow Silicone Shower Enema Set.
The CleanStream EZ-Flow shower enema usually replaces your handheld shower hose: unscrew the old hose and screw the 78.7-inch metal hose onto the same fitting. XR says it fits most shower systems. Fixed wall showerheads without a hose need a separate diverter.
The EZ-Flow shower enema is safe for most people when you keep the water lukewarm and the pressure low. Fill for a few seconds at a time, release, and repeat two or three times. Stop if you feel cramping, and never use full shower pressure.
The EZ-Flow nozzle has 10 inches of insertable length, but a few inches is enough for a routine rinse. The rest of the length gives you a comfortable place to hold it. Lube the tip with a water-based lube and insert slowly.
Use only water-based lube with the CleanStream EZ-Flow, as XR specifies. Its nozzle is silicone, and silicone lube can make the surface tacky or break it down over time. A thicker water-based lube stays put better than a thin one in the shower.
The CleanStream EZ-Flow works for beginners who take it slowly, but its continuous flow can feel like a lot at first. Many first-timers start with a hand-pumped kit such as the CleanStream Enema Syringe, then move to the EZ-Flow once they know their comfortable volume.
Clean the EZ-Flow silicone nozzle by running warm water through it after use, then washing the outside with mild soap. Detach it from the hose and let it air-dry completely. Store it in a clean bag between uses so lint doesn't cling to the silicone.
