The Mystim Pure Vibes is an analogue e-stim unit: a small control box with dials, two output channels and a belt clip, which sends adjustable electrical pulses to pads or Mystim's conductive toys. It's the straightforward way into electro play. There's no screen or menu to learn, just turn a dial and feel the change, which many people find more intuitive than a digital keypad.
Each of the two channels has its own intensity, so a pad on one area and a toy elsewhere can run at different strengths. On top of the three preset programs, which run from gentle through intense to hard, you can set three things by hand:
Combinations of these give everything from a faint tickle to firm rhythmic contractions.
Begin with the self-adhesive pads that come in the box, not an internal toy. Stick both pads from one channel on clean, dry skin below the waist, such as the buttocks or thighs, a few centimetres apart. Make sure every dial is at zero before you switch on. Choose the gentle program, then raise intensity slowly until you just feel it. Leave it there for a few minutes; sensation often fades a little and you can go higher. Turn intensity down before moving a pad or connecting a toy, and never adjust connections while the output is up.
The standard rules for any e-stim device: keep current below the waist, away from the head, neck and heart, and never place electrodes so current crosses the chest. Don't use it during pregnancy, or if you have a pacemaker, metal implants or a heart condition without talking to a doctor. Avoid broken or irritated skin, and don't use it while driving or in water.
The Pure Vibes uses Mystim's round plug and also takes standard 2 mm pin connectors, so it runs Mystim's conductive range, such as the Barry Bite clamps, and many 2 mm electrodes from other brands. The plug rotates 360°, which stops cables twisting when you move. Regular vibrators and non-conductive toys won't work with it.
If you want presets you can save and a lock for the controls, the digital Tension Lover offers seven programs, a display and a timer. The Pure Vibes trades those for simplicity, a lower weight of 110 g including battery, and dials you can turn by feel.

Helpful answers about Mystim Pure Vibes analogue Nerve Stimulator.
Mystim's conductive toys with the round plug, the included adhesive pads, and many electrodes with a standard 2 mm pin. Two items can run at once, one per channel. Ordinary vibrators can't be connected.
Yes. Dials are easy to understand, and the gentle program and low intensity range let you start very softly. Begin with pads below the waist before moving to internal toys.
Use a water-based lube or a conductive gel. They help current spread evenly so it doesn't feel sharp. Silicone lube insulates and can create hot spots, so avoid it with electrodes.
Yes. Each channel has its own intensity, so two people can each wear one electrode set and have their own level. Keep the unit where the wearer can reach the dials or agree on a clear stop signal.
Mystim doesn't publish a run time. It depends on intensity and how many channels are running. Keep a spare 9V battery in the case so a session doesn't stop unexpectedly.
Yes, for a while. Keep them on their backing sheet between uses and store them sealed. Once they stop sticking firmly, replace them, since poor contact can make the sensation uneven.
