Yes. We ship to addresses in Canada only, and every order ships from inside Canada, so there are no customs or brokerage fees. Orders go out with Canada Post, UPS or Purolator, and we email you a tracking link once your order is processed.

Every order ships in a plain box with no product names or pictures on the outside. Your card statement shows Vamoson Inc., not the name of the store.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more after discounts, and those orders also get a free gift. Orders under $100 pay a standard rate starting at $19.90, which you see at checkout before you pay. Full details are in our shipping policy.

Because these are intimate products, we can't accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email support@dreamydesire.com within 7 days of delivery. Products that develop a fault from normal use within 90 days are covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. See the refund policy for the full terms.
